Rainbow Swiss Chard
Besides their stunning colors, Rainbow Swiss Chard microgreens have an interesting flavor. It's a mild earthy flavor, somewhere between that of beets and spinach. Maybe a bit sweeter than beets. They add another layer of flavor to salads. Put them on tomatoes that have been drizzled with balsamic vinegar and with fresh mozzarella cheese for a delicious snack.
